Topmost APC guber aspirant, Senator Prof. Oserheimen Osunbor has explained why rotational system embedded in zoning arrangements should be applied in Edo state.
Osunbor gave a vivid explanation using the Delta State model that has survived and gone through the full cycle.
Osunbor in a video captured while addressing APC supporters in Etsako said Edo cannot be an exception as Delta was part and parcel of Edo before state creation separated them.
