A video showing the moment President Bola Ahmed Tinubu suspended Governor Siminalayi Fubara and Deputy Governor Ngozi Odu of Rivers State for six months has surfaced on social media.
TheNewsGuru reports that the President who also declared a State of Emergency in Rivers State made this known during a national broadcast on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025.
The President appointed retired Vice Admiral Ibok Ekwe as the State’s Sole Administrator of the South-South State.
