Lil Kesh, a Nigerian rapper has opined that marriage do not work, adding that he doesn’t believe in it.
The former YBNL signee and ‘Efejoku’ crooner during a recent interview expressed his skepticism about marriage, citing the high divorce rate and the number of unhappy couples as key reasons for his assertion.
“I don’t believe in marriages, they don’t work. Have you seen the rate of divorces? I’ve seen a lot of unhappy marriages. I want a happy home and I don’t feel I can give that yet,” he shared.
Reflecting on his past relationship, Lil Kesh explained that the breakup was intentional, driven by his desire to improve in all areas of his life, particularly his career.
“It was intentional in the first place because I figured out I could do better on my own. As far as my career and everything that was a priority to me at that time,” he added.
