Lagos APC Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, congratulated council members, urging them to begin work immediately as the election draws near.
He urged the team to campaign across all parts of the state to ensure strong voter mobilisation for the APC.
Ojelabi also encouraged them to highlight the achievements of local governments in Lagos to attract voter support.
In response, Balogun assured the party of his team’s commitment to delivering on their assignment.
He pledged that the council would lay a solid foundation for APC’s success in the 2027 General Elections.
Balogun said the council’s membership includes representatives of various party interest groups and stakeholders.
According to him, the team features women, youths, artisans, non-indigenes, lawmakers, cabinet members, and state APC executives.
