Adeola Shoremi, the Nollywood Veteran actor, popularly known Baba Lanko has opened up on his failed marriage to his comic colleague, Atinuke Kazeem, popularly called ‘Mama No Network’.
TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) recalls that the duo got married in 2014 in a star-studded wedding, where Fuji legend, Pasuma performed, but their marriage crashed in 2015.
Speaking in a recent interview, Baba Lanko described his ex-wife as a devil, alleging that the marriage was marred by constant violence. He also recounted an experience whereby his ex-wife attacked him with a cutlass and left him with permanent scars.
He said, “My ex-wife is a devil. She once attacked me with a cutlass, injuring my head and hand, which left my hand imbalanced.
“This is a finger injury I sustained, which left it bent, due to repeated fights with her.”
Speaking about his current marriage, Baba Lanko said ‘Mama No Network’ indirectly introduced him to his current wife.
According to the thespian, his ex-wife brought an apprentice to learn theatre arts under him, and the young lady later became his wife.
He remarked, “The apprentice who was brought to me by my ex-wife is currently my wife, and she has given birth to four children. We’re living fine.”
