2Baba’s younger brother drops bombshell allegations against new wife, Natasha

Charles Idibia, popularly known online as Charlybrave and younger brother to Nigerian music icon, 2Baba, has shared a deeply personal and emotional open letter addressed to the award-winning singer.

In the lengthy post, Charles showered praises on his brother, describing 2Baba as a kind, peaceful, and selfless man who often sacrifices his own peace for the sake of others.

He likened the artist to a “modern-day Jesus,” saying he quietly endures being misunderstood and vilified just to shield those who hurt him.

However, the tribute quickly shifted to a scathing exposé directed at a woman alleged to be 2Baba’s current partner. According to Charles, the woman has crossed several boundaries, including allegedly accessing the singer’s phone without permission to announce a divorce on his behalf and even posting her own photo on his social media while he was asleep.

Charles further alleged that she cloned 2Baba’s WhatsApp account, tampered with his messages, impersonated him, took control of his email and online accounts, and drove a wedge between him and his management team.

You were convinced to leave your businesses and management in Lagos to relocate to Abuja,” Charles wrote. He claimed she manipulated the music star into making questionable moves and dragged him to places “the real him” would never willingly go.

He also accused the unnamed woman of sabotaging business trips, spreading misinformation, creating unnecessary drama, and falsely claiming to be 2Baba’s wife, despite the singer still being legally married.

In a follow-up statement, Charles expressed concern over 2Baba’s current mental and emotional state, suggesting the singer is no longer acting like himself and is suffering under the guise of love.

A girlfriend who makes you eat your words from a podcast just because you didn’t mention her name… is not a girlfriend but a psychotic fan, a cancerous leech,” Charles wrote. “You’re living out one of those Crime and Investigation episodes you love so much.”

He ended the emotional post with a plea for 2Baba to step away from the spotlight and take time to heal:

Take a couple of months off, ALONE. Stay off social media. Let the music and business wait. Heal… for the sake of your seven beautiful children. This isn’t you.”
