Halfway through the show, the camera on stage suddenly zoomed from the stage to the lobby of the convention Centre. A certain young man was seen being carried by a crowd who accused him of stealing a phone, he was bleeding profusely. His pleas fell on deaf ears and the bouncers dragged him all the way to the stage.
The perceived ‘Thief’ who later identified himself as Ademola apparently isn’t a stranger to a certain lady Kenny Blaq was flirting with on stage. She actually happens to be his girlfriend. The anticipation could be seen in the audience, while some taught it was another comedy skit created to add spark to the show.
Kenny Blaq instructed the young man to bring out the phone he stole so he could be pardoned and set free. But instead of bringing out a stolen phone, he astonished both his girlfriend and the crowd by pulling out a ring and going on his knees. He asked to marry her and she said:’ Yes!’
Present at the event were dignitaries like Alibaba, Julius Agwu, Guy Murray Bruce, Abimbola Fashola amongst others.
