Handsome actor, Bolanle Ninolowo has slammed the critics of President Buhari. He affirmed that President Buhari hasn’t done anything wrong and Nigerians should take personal responsibility for their lives. The actor who also loves to keep fit made this known in a recent chat with Goldmyne TV.
According to him: ”Five years ago when I came back to Nigeria, Nigeria was in one state and a lot of people benefited from it and a lot of people also suffered from it. Now Nigeria is in another state where they call a recession. Nigerians don’t take responsibility period! We like to take our power and transfer our blame to other people. In every situation, there is an opportunity for you to do something.Buhari has not done anything wrong as far as I am concerned. Has the man even been there for two years?Make una shine una eyes wake up oooo”
Speaking about the challenges of being an actor, he said God’s grace has made the difference in his life.
“Everything I do, I do with grace. I never move alone. I am so grateful to God for where I found myself today. I look at my career as something God uses in inspiring hope in people. I don’t believe in challenges, I believe in processes. Nollywood is only a process. If you want the benefit of something you just should also want the cost of it. In Yoruba, we say ‘Kirakita O d’ola, Ka sise bi eru o da nkan.’ If it was about my work, how consistent or persistent I am, I shouldn’t be here, it should be the laborers, people that work all day.”
