Social media was recently awash with news that Nigerian singer, Davido who had a sold-out show in Zimbabwe last weekend, was accused of fighting a South African actress, Boity.
TheNewsGuru reports that the rift occurred at a hotel after his performance. It was alleged that this happened after she rejected Davido’s sexual advances
Davido’s manager,Asa Asika has commented over the allegation.Speaking with Punch via a phone call, he said: “I don’t have any comments about that issue.”
When asked about the rift Davido reportedly had with Boity, Asa debunked the claims.
He said: “ That is not true; it never happened. I don’t know about what was written in any paper.”
This is not the first time the singer will be embroiled in a rift outside Nigeria.
