Falz announces date to release new album

Nigerian rapper and entertainer Falz has officially announced the release date for his much-anticipated sixth studio album.

Taking to Instagram, the award-winning artist revealed that the new project, titled #TheFeast, will be released on May 30, 2025. In his post, Falz thanked his fans for their continued support and patience, expressing his excitement to finally share the body of work.

“We’ve got a date! I’ve been working on this album for a while now. I’m beyond excited to finally serve it up. My sixth solo album, #TheFeast, drops May 30, 2025. Thank you for your patience,” he wrote.

Falz, whose real name is Folarin Falana, began his music journey in 2009 but gained widespread recognition in 2011 with his breakout track ‘Wahz Up Guy’. He has since released several popular songs, including ‘High Class’, ‘Toyin Tomato’, and ‘Ello Bae’, earning accolades for his contributions to the Nigerian music scene.

Beyond music, the 34-year-old is renowned for his socially conscious lyrics, often addressing political and societal issues. He is also celebrated for his acting talent and versatility across the entertainment industry.
