World-renowned Italian fashion designer, Giorgio Armani has reportedly died.
TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) reports that Armani Group announced the sad news in a statement made available to NBC News.
“With deep sorrow, the Armani Group announces the passing of its creator, founder, and tireless driving force: Giorgio Armani,” the statement read.
According to the company, Armani died peacefully at 91 surrounded by his loved ones. They further revealed that even in his last days, the fashion icon never stopped working and remained dedicated to his brand, its collections, and several ongoing projects.
The statement added: “Tireless, he worked until his final days, dedicating himself to the company, its collections, and the diverse and ever-evolving projects both existing and in progress.”
Giorgio Armani, who was widely celebrated as one of the greatest designers in the world, built his brand into a global empire. He was known for his classic and elegant designs, which made him a household name in fashion across continents.
