G-Worldwide isn’t telling the truth- Kiss Daniel fires back

G-Worldwide Entertainment, the former record label of Kiss Daniel, had said obtained a court order restricting him from using his stage name or any of the songs recorded in the last four years.

Recall that the singer recently left the label after four years to set up his own independent imprint called ‘Flyboy INC’.

In a statement posted on social media on Tuesday night, Kiss Daniel speaking through his lawyers, L & A Consultants said the Federal High Court in Lagos denied and refused G-Worldwide LTD’s application for injunction stopping Kiss Daniel from performing, recording or using his stage name.

 

In addition the statement also said Kiss Daniel also terminated his contract via a letter dated 30th of October 2017. The termination was done in compliance with the provisions of the recording contract between the parties.

Thereafter, Kiss Daniel shared posters of evens he will performing at, urging his fans to meet him at those events.

 

As at this moment, G-Worldwide is yet to debunk Kiss Daniel’s claims.
