Just before notorious kidnapper, Johnson Igwedibia, aka Don Waney, was killed by security operatives in Enugu State, the popular cultist was featured in the music video for ‘Don Waney’, a song by 2shine an Afropop artiste.
Recall that a manhunt for Don Waney and his gang was launched after they killed over 21 persons returning from Church services on New Year day in Omoku, Ogba/Ndoni/Egbema Local Government Area of Rivers State.
In the video, the young artiste samples HumbleSmith’s ‘Osinachi’, pouring encomiums on Don Waney, calling him a freedom fighter and also bowing to him in the similitude of monarch.
Don Waney clearly in his elements can be seen basking in the euphoria of the praise song, smiling animatedly
