The failing health of President Muhammadu Buhari has been a major concern for Nigerians both at home in the diaspora.Nigerian-Cameroonian pop-star, Dencia stated that all the money spent on Buhari’s health can be used to build five hospitals in Nigeria .

According to her:”Buhari goes to London for treatment every two days,all that money he spends can build five of the same hospitals in Nigeria with same equipment, even newer.
