Aquila Records one of Nigeria’s thriving record labels is set to celebrate her 3rd anniversary. Aquila Records is home to artistes like Que Peller, Base One, Air boy, Beezy and Naomi Peller.
The 3rd Anniversary concert tagged ‘Showcase’ is slated for the 15th of July at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.
Speaking on the essence of the 3rd anniversary concert, Shina Peller CEO of the record label noted that the event is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements and milestones of the record label and also recognize the contributions of individuals who paved the way in the Nigerian music scene.
According to him: ” Our 3rd anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate our achievements, the people that paved the way for us in the entertainment industry and also to celebrate the media. On that day we will be challenging ourselves to take it further down from where we are.
“This event is termed ‘Showcase’. We called it that name showcase because it is to display the collaborative album of our artistes and their talents.
“On the 15th of July the event will be held at Balmoral at Federal Palace Hotel . It is going to be strictly by invitation we will be sending invites to important figures in the entertainment industry .It will also be a medium to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us since Aquila Records started. Three years is not a joke”.
The 3rd year anniversary concert will also feature Nigerian entertainers like Olamide, Tiwa Savage, 2face, Sound Sultan and others.
Shina Peller launched Aquila Records on 12th June 2015.
