Nigerian legendary musician and multi-instrumentalist, King Sunny Ade’s guitar was auctioned yesterday for a whooping N52.1Million.
The price for the KSA’s guitar auctioning started at the cost of N9m and was finally sold out at N52.1m.
The auctioning of the guitar is one of the biggest highlights at the King Sunny Ade’s 70th birthday concert tagged, ‘Sunny on Sunday’.

The Sunny on Sunday event took place at The Federal Palace Hotel, in Lagos.
The event was a star-studded concert which had other music stars such as Awilo Logomba, Onyeka Onwenu, Sir Shina Peters, Darey, Tiwa Savage, Omawumi, DJ Jimmy Jatt, Iyanya, Terry Apala, Jeff and Tyson Noir and other dignitaries who graced the event to celebrate the music icon at 70.
