As more shocking details emerge on the crisis rocking the marriage of Nigerian songstress, Tiwa Savage and her Manager, Teebillz, a new report has revealed that Teebillz actually filed for a divorce and not Tiwa Savage

2016 was a messy year for the lovebirds when Teebillz had a mental breakdown that saw him attempt to commit suicide after revealing shameful details about his estranged wife via his Instagram handle.

In her controversial tell-all interview, Tiwa Savag accused him of infidelity, spousal abuse, and a decade-long addiction to cocaine.

Contrary to reports making the rounds that Tiwa filed for divorce, it was learnt that Teebilz actually did.

A source revealed to The Cable that Savage’s determination to concentrate on her career — which he had put in peril with his public spectacle — was the final nail in the coffin for their union.

“Tiwa’s career was more important to her than TeeBillz’s wellbeing,” the source said, adding that: “He wants to move on and start life afresh”, hence, his decision to file for divorce.
