Nigerian songstress Tems has revealed her current favorite African artistes
The fast rising star while speaking speaking to media Men at the star-studded Time 100 Next Gala last night cited fellow Nigerian stars Asake and Tyler ICU, better known as Tyla as favorite artistes.

Tems made history as the first Nigerian female solo artist to perform at the event. She took the opportunity to highlight Asake and Tyla as standouts among Africa’s thriving music scene.
The shoutout comes as both mentioned artists continue making waves globally. Asake’s debut album “Mr. Money With the Vibe” broke multiple records this year. Tyler ICU has also earned attention for his genre-bending trap sound.
