Verydarkman reacts with mockery over Terry Apala’s 48 hours ultimatum

Social media critic Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman (VDM), has responded to the arrest of singer Terry Apala by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over allegations of Naira abuse.

TheNewsGuru reports that VDM had previously made a video alleging that Terry Apala, along with other celebrities, was involved in an extortion scheme by the EFCC.

In a recent development, Terry Apala was remanded in custody by a Federal High Court in Lagos after being arraigned by the EFCC on charges of Naira abuse. The singer had allegedly trampled on the naira while dancing during a social event, which is contrary to Section 21(1) of the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007.

Following the singer’s arrest, VDM took to social media to react to a 48-hour ultimatum Terry Apala had given him to take down the video and apologize.

VDM mocked Terry Apala’s situation, saying he would never share anything online without evidence.

“Terry Apala gave me 48 hours to apologize over a video I made in regards to the alleged extortion by EFCC, he claimed I lied and I must apologize and today EFCC don pick am up….its crazy how these people think I talk without evidence, now see your life,” VDM said.
