Civil servants in Lagos on Thursday threw caution to the wind as they scampered for bags of rice given by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, at the state’s secretariat in Alausa, Ikeja.
It was gathered that the APC leadership in the state issued directives to all civil servants in the state to assemble at Adeyemo Bero Auditorium in Alausa, where Sanwo-Olu was expected to address them.
