Germany hands over thermal cycler, photo documentation system to NIMR [Photos]

The German government has handed over real time thermal cycler and photo documentation system to the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR).

The handing over was conducted by the Deputy Consul General, Federal Republic of Germany, Ms Alexandra Herr in Lagos today.

Present at the handing over ceremony were Director General, NIMR, Prof. Babatunde Lawal Salako; Commercial, Political, Culture and Press Attache, Sebastian E. Polzin; and Director (Research) Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of NIMR, Dr. Stella Smith.

Also present were the Head of Department, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, (NIMR), Dr. Bamidele Iwalokun and Head of Department, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, NIMR, Dr. Bamidele Iwalokun.
