A video in which the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris goofed disgracefully while delivering a speech at a public function is presently trending online.
In the viral video, the Police IG while attempting to read from the scripts laid before him, was seen struggling with his words – he sounded very incoherent one would have mistaken him for a drunken man blabbing words freely with eyes closed.
