Sequel to a recent clash between the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and operatives of the Nigerian Army in Umuahia, Abia State, the South East Governors on Friday met with the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 82 Division of the Nigerian Army, Enugu, Maj.-Gen. Adamu Abubakar at the Government House in Enugu.
