Mrs Grace Adayilo, the Head of Civil Service in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has reportedly passed away.
TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) learnt that Adayilo, an indigene of Abuja and the first ever to occupy the position in the FCT Administration, had collapsed and passed away in the early hours of Monday.
Eyewitnesses told reporters that the late civil service chief had attended a church service on Sunday, where she made donations to the congregation, showing no signs of ailment before her sudden death.
The Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, Mr Lere Olayinka, confirmed the development on Monday morning.

“She has passed on,” Olayinka told journalists.
