The Edo State Police Command, on Friday, nabbed four suspects alleged to have kidnapped the Director of Ogba Zoo Benin City, Edo State, Mr. Andy Ehanire.
The State’s police anti kidnapping squad arrested the suspects in Sapele after they had collected N25 million and $100,000 as ransom.

Recall that TheNewsGuru reported in series how Mr. Ehanire was abducted by gunmen from the premises of the zoo on September 24, 2017 and eventually regained his freedom from the abductors den.
In the process, three policemen who were posted to provide security for fun-seekers at the zoo were killed.

The director is the younger brother to the Minister of State for Health, Mr Osagie Ehanire.
