Buhari is not God, I have the right to oppose his ethnic bias – Dele Momodu

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ovation Media Group, Dele Momodu has said President Muhammadu Buhari is not God, and that he has the right to oppose his ethnic bias.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Momodu stated this while reacting to an allegation of always supporting anyone who is against the present administration and anyone who mocks Buhari.

The exchange ensued after the media personality shared an old video of wanted secessionist leader, Sunday Igboho dancing with the caption “Happiness is FREE… OOSA” on Instagram.

One Instagram user that goes by the profile name ‘midestouch6453’ then commented: “Mr Dele, is in support of anyone who is against this administration. Any one who is making a mockery of Mr president, anyone who is opposing the current administration. Yes we understood that you are a journalist, but you are partial on your content and information, perhaps you have a personal agenda sir”.

Following the comment, Dele Momodu countered the claim by saying that the President is not God.

He added that though he accords the President respect, he also has the right to oppose his ethnic bias.

“@midestouch6453 Very warped mindset… The President is not God, he is my President and I accord him the respect but I have the right to oppose his ethnic bias. That has never stopped me from promoting his work daily,” he responded.
