It took the quick intervention of Rescuers to save the life of a tricycle rider, who was drown when the Oguma/Sheria Wooden Bridge Collapsed in Bassa Local Government Area of Kogi State.

The bridge collapsed due to heavy rains on the 20th of August, 2022 but no life was lost.

The member representing Bassa Constituency, Ranyi Daniya while moving a motion of urgent public importance on Wednesday Plenary, said the bridge connects five wards namely Akuba I, Akakana/Ayede, Ozongulo, Ikende and Ozugbe.
