Dr. Mrs. Tuwere Nelly Utuama, wife Prof Agbe Amos Utuama, a former Deputy Governor of Delta State is dead.
The death of Dr Utuama was announced on Thursday by her children, Dr. Ovie Andrew Utuama and Barr. Mrs. Oghenefejiro Barbara Smooth.
According to a statement released for the family by Chief Ebikeme Clark, Special Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, Dr Utuama died after a brief illness.
She was aged 65, and according to the statement, burial arrangements will be announced later by the family.
