BREAKING: Alagbon injection substation on fire

The popular Alagbon injection station located in Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, is currently on fire.

According to the Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC), the fire started around 5.am this morning.

Channels TV reports that the fire service arrived within 5 minutes without water or chemical to douse the fire

Godwin Idiemudia, Public Relation Officer of Eko Disco, said a loud bang was heard around 5 am this morning.

Officials of the Fire Service Department are urgently needed to help extinguish the fire.
