Flash: Again, Court adjourns Nnamdi Kanu’s case, fixes new date for trial

Nnamdi Kanu’s case is adjourned for the second time, with a new date set.

On Thursday, Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja adjourned the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the arrested leader of the proscribed Indegenious People of Biafra (IPOB), until January 18, 2022.

Kanu’s case was supposed to be tried next year, but when a motion was submitted by the Nigerian separatist leader, the court allowed an abridgement of time.

Kanu’s trial was extended by Justice Nyako on November 10, 2021, until January 19 and 20, 2022.
