A video has emerged showing PDP chieftains with Juju priest trying to block APC members from inspecting INEC materials as police provide backup for them.
TheNewsGuru.com, (TNG) reports this is captured in a video showing a PDP chieftain wearing white attire pouring libation at the entrance of the INEC office.

The yet-to-be-identified PDP chieftain as captured in the video communicated in the Ikwerre dialect giving directives to the priest and PDP members.
This action is designed to ensure that APC runs out of time to inspect the electoral materials.
