Nigerian High Court begins vacation July 25th

Nigeria’s Federal High Court will commence its Annual Vacation for year 2022 on the 25th of July.

Justice John Tsoho who is the Court’s Chief Judge stated this in a statement by the Assistant Director of Information, Federal High Court, Dr. Catherine Christopher.

Justice Tsoho said this was pursuant to the provisions of Order 46, Rule 4 (b) of the Federal High Court (Civil Procedures) Rules, 2019 (as amended).

The statement said the vacation will commence from Monday, the 25th of July 2022 to Friday, the 16th day of September 2022.

It noted that only the Core Judicial Divisions, Abuja, Lagos and Port-Harcourt, will remain functional for the litigant to approach Divisions nearest to them.
