He insisted that he is the best man for the job and that if he emerges as the Presidential candidate of the APC, he will surely win the presidential election no matter who emerges as the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

“There’s no contest between me and whoever will emerge as the candidate of opposition PDP,” he stated.

The APC National Leader assured that if and when elected as president of the country, he would run a transparent and open government.

TNG reports Tinubu, born on 29 March 1952, according to Wikipedia, is 70-year-old.

If he fails to clinch the presidential ticket of the APC for the 2023 presidential election, Tinubu may have to wait another 16 years to have a shot at the presidency, going by the political configuration of Nigeria.

He would be 86-year-old by then.
