The national grid being operated by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has collapsed again, plunging the entire country into a blackout.
TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) reports that megawatt (MW) generated dropped from 2,917.83 (MW) to 1.5 (MW) between 11 am and 12 pm on Wednesday.
The Nigeria National Grid via the microblogging platform, X on Wednesday disclosed that “System restoration is in progress.”
At the time of filing this report, electricity providers have not provided any updates about the grid collapse.
