Ex-governor of Benue State, Mr Gabriel Suswam, has been sacked by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja.
The court in a unanimous decision by a three-member panel of Justices ruled that Suswam was not the legal winner of the senatorial election that held in Benue North East on February 25.
