Governor Ahmed Ododo of Kogi State has terminated the appointment of the Executive Director of Kogi State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr Abubakar Yakubu.
This is contained in a statement released by the Secretary to the Government of the State, Mrs Folashade Ayoade on Wednesday in Lokoja.
Mrs Ayoade disclosed in the statement that Governor Ododo has subsequently approved the appointment of Dr Musa Omeiza Muazu as the new Executive Director of the agency.
Ayoade, who did not give details on why Dr Yakubu was sacked, said the appointment Dr Muazu is with immediate effect.
