President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday met with the class of 1999 governors at the presidential villa, Abuja.
At the time of filing this report, the meeting was ongoing with former Governors of Delta and Plateau States, James Ibori and Joshua Dariye in attendance.
Others in attendance are Donald Duke of Cross River, Niyi Adebayo of Ekiti, Lucky Igbinedion of Edo, Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia and Sam Egwu of Ebonyi.
Chimaroke Nnamani of Enugu, Ibrahim Saminu Turaki of Jigawa, Adamu Muazu of Bauchi, Obong Victor Attah of Akwa Ibom, Olusegun Osoba of Ogun, Bisi Akande of Osun, Ahmad Yerima of Zamfara, Jolly Nyame of Taraba and Attahiru Bafarawa of Sokoto were in attendance.
TNG reports President Tinubu and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume are also members of the 1999 class of Executive Governors.
