Mixed reactions as Nigerian couple rock ishiagu attire for white wedding

A Nigerian couple has gone viral after opting for a non-traditional look for their white wedding, ditching the traditional white gown and suit.

In the photos that became a growing sensation, the couple who held the ceremony in a church on foreign is seen rocking Isiagwu for their white wedding.

It holds a significant cultural and symbolic value for the Igbo people. It is typically worn on special occasions, such as weddings and coronation ceremonies.

While the groom donned the native attire, accentuating it with a red bead, the beautiful bride also rocked the attire, looking gorgeous.
