Haruna Abdullahi a Nigerian center referee has been suspended from further officiating in the Nigeria League by the Nigeria Football Federation Refereeing Development Unit for gross misconduct.
Abdullahi was in charge of the matchday 34 fixture involving Doma United and Lobi Stars at the Pantami Stadium, Gombe on Saturday but his performance was tagged as poor on the evening.
The Jigawa born referee was adjudged to have made some questionable calls.
Doma United won the game 1-0, with the winning goal from an offside.
The move was necessitated after a petition by Lobi Stars to the NPFL.
