HRM Clement .O. Ikolo the urhukpe 1 of Ewu-Urhobo Kingdom of Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, has strongly condemned the tragic killing of 15 soldiers and innocent civilians in Okuama, believed to be a result of a clash between soldiers and youths.
In a video trending in the social media networks, the monarch pleads for understanding after condemning the ugly development.
He said one of the deceased soldiers is a close ally who stood by him during the presentation of his staff of office last year, “it’s disheartening and I am saddened by this development.
