Popular filmmaker, Vaughan Okpokoro begins final journey home on May 3

Popular filmmaker and former Vice President, Directors Guild of Nigeria, DGN, Dr Frank Napoleon Asehaigho Okpokoro will on May 3 embark on his final journey home.

TheNewsGuru.com reports this was contained in a burial notice signed by his brother Phillip Okpokoro on Monday.

The families of John Otuateme Okpokoro and Emaino both from Ozoro, Isoko-North LGA Delta state,wishes to announce the transition to glory of their beloved Son, Brother and Father Dr Frank Napoleon Asehaigho Okpokoro.

Burial arrangement:

Friday the 3rd of May 2024 Corpse leaves the Morgue to family compound at No.50, Ototie street, Etevie, Ozoro, Delta State at 10:00am.

Church Service 1pm in the Family’s compound
Interment follows immediately.

Vaughan, a seasoned movie director, played a vital role in shaping the Nigerian movie industry and mentoring aspiring filmmakers.

He was a seasoned TV producer/director and director, as well as a current affairs and political analyst.

Vaughan, who was born in the1960s, was lately a pastor at Dominion City Church, Asaba, Delta State.
