Premier League side, Chelsea has turned down Arsenal’s opening offer for Kai Havertz.
Both teams have been in talks over the Germany international this past week.

The Gunners have made a first offer for the attacker, believed to be in the region of £45-55m.
But transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports Chelsea has rejected the proposal, rating Havertz at £75m.
