A video has emerged online where the Minister of Defence, Gen Basir Magashi fumbled and wobbled while reading his speech at the burial rites of the Chief of Army Staff, COAS, Lt Gen Ibrahim Attahiru on Saturday.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports the video depicts a situation where the Minister had problems pronouncing words like displesure, condolences and outright misplacing of tenses.
