We must continue to support and celebrate success stories like this,” Egbo remarked.
In recognition of the student’s exceptional performance, the Chairman announced an automatic scholarship for Master Wisdom, which will cover all educational expenses including school fees, textbooks, and hostel accommodation throughout the remainder of his secondary education.
“This scholarship is a token of encouragement for you to remain focused and excel even further,” Egbo affirmed.
The Council Chairman further commended the teaching staff of Government College for their dedication to grooming future leaders. “Your work is not going unnoticed. Keep instilling knowledge and values into these children our future depends on it,” he said.
Egbo also used the occasion to advise parents and guardians to guide their children in the right direction and dissuade them from indulging in societal vices.
