The Lagos state governor, Babjide Sanwo-Olu, this morning has arrested a soldier and four others for driving one-way with their motorcycles along the Lagos_Badagry Expressway.
The erring motorcycle riders left their motorcycles and passengers upon sighting the convoy of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. One of the offenders – a lance corporal in the Army – was arrested with his bike.
