A video has emerged showing Stanley Kakubo, a Zambian Foreign Minister, caught receiving cash bribes from Chinese contractors.
In the video, two men were seen sitting by a table counting neatly stacked cash, US dollars and Zambian kwacha. This led to speculations on social media that the men were Mr Kakubo and a Chinese businessman.

Following this development, the Minister has tendered his resignation letter, which was accepted by the president while appreciating his commendable contributions and leadership as a minister.
