The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen Tukur Yusuf Buratai today visited Bayelsa state for the ground breaking of 16 Brigade Barracks.
Commending the State Governor Seriake Dickson, Buratai said Dickson has restored peace and stability to Bayelsa.
