The leadership of Ekpan community in Uvwie local council of Delta state has sworn in a new chairman to spearhead the affairs of the Ekpan Development Committee (EDC).
TheNewsGuru reports Barrister Innocent Onyekachi Adjenughure was sworn in as the new EDC chairman on Friday.
