Major-General Orho Obada (rtd.), a former Federal Commissioner for Works is dead, and according to sources, the former Federal Commissioner died after a brief illness.
Obada, who was the current Chairman of the Board of Trustee of the apex socio-cultural umbrella body of the Urhobo nation known as Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) reportedly died on Saturday night.

It was gathered that the retired military officer fell ill earlier last week. Sources within the UPU confirmed his passage on Sunday.
The deceased hailed from Agbarho Kingdom in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
