The acting Managing Director of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei, has collapsed during the ongoing hearing of the House Committee on the commission.
Recall that there have have allegations and counter allegations of a missing N40 billion from the agency’s purse.
